These terms are Kesher's. They are not the waiver your club may ask you to sign before riding — that is the club's document, held by the club, and it governs the risk of the riding itself. If your club uses one, you will be asked to read and sign it in the app, and you can see exactly what you agreed to and when at any time afterwards.
Which club, and which terms
Every club on Kesher is covered by the same terms and the same privacy policy, which is why a club's own address sends you here. One set of documents cannot quietly disagree with another; a club that had its own copy eventually would.

How we handle a club's data today
These are the commitments the software already enforces, not aspirations:
Your club's data is yours
An officer can export everything the club holds at any time, without asking and without paying.
No club sees another
One club cannot reach another club's roster, money or posts. Neither can an alliance a club belongs to.
Private by default
Nobody outside your own clubs can find you unless you switch it on, and you can hide your contact details from other members.
Not sold, not advertised against
We do not sell club or member data, and there is no advertising or analytics tracking on the app.
Deleted on request
Ask and we will remove your account and what is attached to it. A club keeps its own financial records.
No passwords to leak
Sign-in is a one-time link or a passkey, so there is no password store to breach.
Questions before the policies exist?
Ask on the contact page and you will get a straight answer about what is stored and who can see it. If your club needs something formal before it commits, say so and we will sort it out rather than pointing at a page.
